For nationally recognised training, you are generally required to provide a Unique Student Identifier (USI). If you do not provide a USI when required, we may be unable to issue your qualification or statement of attainment. You can create or locate your USI via the official USI website.
Language, Literacy, Numeracy (LLN) and learner support
We aim to support students to complete training successfully. Support may include:

• reasonable adjustments to assessment where appropriate (without changing competency outcomes)
• referral to additional support services where needed
If you believe you may need support, please let us know as early as possible (ideally before enrolment).
Access and equity
We are committed to fair access to training and assessment. We will not unlawfully discriminate on the basis of personal characteristics protected by law. Reasonable adjustments may be available for students with disability, injury, medical conditions, or other needs.
Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) and Credit Transfer
Where applicable:
• Credit Transfer may be available if you can provide evidence of equivalent unit(s) previously completed.
• Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) may be available where you can demonstrate current competency through work experience and evidence.
If you wish to apply for Credit Transfer or RPL, talk to us before training commences.
Training and assessment overview
Assessment may include a combination of methods such as:
• written or online knowledge questions
• practical demonstrations and observations
• workplace evidence or third-party reports (where relevant)
• simulations and scenarios
To be awarded a competency outcome you must meet the requirements of the unit(s). You will be advised of assessment requirements and conditions.
Student conduct, safety and participation
You are expected to:
• follow trainer/assessor instructions and safety requirements
• behave respectfully toward others
• attend and participate as required
• not attend training under the influence of drugs or alcohol
• comply with site rules and WHS requirements (including PPE) where training is delivered on-site
If your behaviour or actions create a safety risk, you may be asked to stop participation.
Privacy and use of personal information
We collect and handle personal information in line with our Privacy Policy. This includes information required to manage your enrolment, deliver training, conduct assessment, meet regulatory obligations, and issue certification. Please read our Privacy Policy for full details.
Complaints and appeals
We take complaints and appeals seriously and aim to resolve issues fairly and promptly. You have the right to lodge a complaint or appeal about:
• enrolment processes or information provided
• training delivery
• assessment decisions
• customer service or administration
We encourage you to raise concerns with us first so we can try to resolve them. If you are not satisfied with the outcome, you may be able to escalate the matter to an external body depending on the issue.
Issuing of qualifications and statements of attainment
Where you successfully meet all requirements (and where a USI is required and provided), we will issue the relevant qualification and/or statement of attainment. Replacement certificates may be available on request and may incur an administrative fee.
